Note: For the 2011 Season it will be the responsibility of each team to send the "Mountain Release and Medical Forms" directly to the resorts. Forms should be sent prior to training or racing at the resort and should be sent as a group team package. If you are responsible for mailing these forms, do not send two teams together in the same envelope. Each team should be mailed individually. See the Release Form Mailing Address's link to mail your releases to the proper authority.
